Gudjon Bergmann is a licensed massage therapist (LMT) and medical massage practitioner (MMP) who specializes in deep tissue, myofascial release, and therapeutic massage for tension relief and enhanced mobility. He is the owner and sole operator at Mindful Hands Massage.
Bergmann addresses common issues such as shoulder, neck, hip, and lower back pain/discomfort, enhances mobility through massage and stretching, and releases difficult-to-reach muscles, including the pectoralis minor, psoas, and subscapularis.
