Mindful, Firm and Therapeutic

Gudjon Bergmann is a licensed massage therapist (LMT), massage therapy instructor (MTI), continuing education provider, and medical massage practitioner (MMP). His approach to bodywork is mindful, firm, therapeutic, and relaxing. Originally from Iceland, he has decades of experience in writing, yoga, meditation, and stress management.

Gudjon is skilled in multiple massage techniques and has received extensive training from renowned teachers. He has studied orthopedic massage with James Waslaski (pictured above), medical massage with Tamlynn Cameron, myofascial release and scar therapy with Pete Whittridge, trigger point therapy with Indira Rubio, and is currently enrolled in a clinical massage program with Whitney Lowe.

Furthermore, Gudjon believes in creating a strong community for massage therapists. He has served as a coordinator for the Austin region since 2024 and was elected to represent Texas as a delegate to the 2025 and 2026 AMTA National Conventions. He is pictured above with Cindy E. Farrar, the national president of the American Massage Therapy Association 25/26.

Services are available by appointment only, six days a week. You can view availability when booking your session through MassageBook.


Most bookings are managed through MassageBook, but you can also book directly through the owner, Gudjon Bergmann, through email or text. 


Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA card to pay for your massage (code 8099).


Ample free parking is available at Gateway Business Park, where the office is located.


There is a 30-minute gap between all sessions, allowing clients sufficient time to relax after their massage and discuss their experience with Gudjon before their next appointment. Arriving early ensures that your needs will be addressed, and you will receive the full time you have paid for.


Located in San Marcos, Texas

The office is located in north San Marcos, on the southern border of Kyle. It is easy to access from I-35. Take exit 208 going south and exit 210 going north.
