Gudjon Bergmann, LMT, established Mindful Hands Massage in April 2024 to help people reduce the side effects of modern living. He focuses on issues such as stress, muscle imbalances, fascia restrictions, chronic tension, mobility challenges, and pain. His approach is mindful, firm, therapeutic, and relaxing. In addition to massage, he has decades of experience in writing, yoga, meditation, and stress management.

He has studied orthopedic massage with James Waslaski (pictured above), medical massage with Tamlynn Cameron, scar tissue therapy with Pete Whittridge, trigger point therapy with Indira Rubio and much more.
Gudjon believes in creating a strong community for massage therapists. He has been a coordinator for the Austin region since 2024 and was voted to represent Texas as a delegate at the 2025 and 2026 AMTA National Conventions. He is pictured above with Cindy E.
